The traceability work as a Commercial TOOL.

The Traceability has been pointed as a technic with strong limitation in terms of its application in the Industry. In fact for a cheaper product there is still limitations: how to apply an inteligent tag (expensive with RFID, UI number, resgistration in the appropriete organism in the product packing which is 8too chepper to accomodate the new cost.? That's something very difficult to solve, and a product like a small packing coffe, an small cadie packing will not be protected by the traceabilty in the future. Never said the critics. It is a very good point but we should mention that the Traceability can help nowdays to protect the product, guarantee that the product is unique, and helping people to solve in short period of time the product recall. To avoid the product to be pointed by some social mistakes, like public contamination by similar product. So the cheapper product will be the second terms product to addopt the traceability as its important techinical item but it will be done in the future. Nowdays is very urgent that the product like medicins, anti-aids product, other cancer product etc will be protect by the traceability, in order to controll it, to protect the customer and finally to avoid the falsification, or in order order the fake product to compete with the real one. In Brazil we had a lot of problem when an anti-cancer product was vitim of a very rude falsification including the imitation was sold and since the patiete dies the people took a long time to identify the product was not working in appropriete way. The Medical Experteese in São Paulo realized that his patiente was not reactingh in ther standard way, so, he asked the patiente to bring the medicine to his offices andfa after to look to the packing he consider it little bit different and decided to call the authorities and they easily identified the product as wheatmeal or flour. The product had no active principle on it and that's was a very serious crime, and when we know they operate it around 10 years in the market it sounds very seriou process. As a resolt of this humann experience we must take the traceability as serious as we can in order to protect the critical produts. The product history and its attributes are very important for us, and controlling the product logistic it is mandatory. All the enforcement must be done in order to avoid the problem we face in the past and we can face it in harder way in the future. So, traceability can be applied as the product differential, the product protection and olso an importante commercial tool, and in this matter we can speak about the new tendency which is to know your customer and it doesn't the size of our corporation. The companies need to understand and feel it end users, it is a "must' at this moment. W The traceability and the reverse logistic will be so important in the future that if the customer will check the supply approach in order to buy the product or not. The planet saturation, the degradation and other ambient policy will be so important that the customer wants to know where the product came from, and more, this is very true in the customer in the higth class (A, B,) which has money to spend but want to spend it with the Consumer Consiousness in a very good state. So, to addopt traceability will bv very important to define the new approach in the market place. Who is the supply, where the Raw Naterial came from, and all this asre issues wich will be definitivee in the prouct addoption or not. Orlando Silva.
